2. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all actions taken under your account and API keys.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or abuse the service.
3. Acceptable Use
- Use the service only to interact with TikTok APIs within the scopes you authorized.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access data you are not authorized to view.
- Do not resell or sublicense the service without written permission.
4. TikTok Platform Rules
Your use of TikTok features is also governed by TikTok's own terms, policies, and community guidelines. You must keep your TikTok account in good standing and maintain only the scopes necessary for your use case.
5. Permissions and Scopes
Our application requests the following TikTok permissions:
- user.info.basic - To display your profile information (username, avatar)
- user.info.profile - To access your profile details
- user.info.stats - To show account statistics
- video.upload - To upload video content on your behalf
- video.publish - To publish videos directly to your TikTok account
- video.list - To view your uploaded videos
You can revoke these permissions at any time through your TikTok account settings or by disconnecting your account in our dashboard.
6. API Keys and Tokens
- Keep API keys and access tokens confidential. Rotate them if you suspect compromise.
- We display API keys only at creation and store them securely for routing your requests.
- You may delete API keys at any time from the dashboard.
7. Scheduling, Webhooks, and Uploads
- Ensure scheduled uploads comply with TikTok requirements (formats, sizes, and policies).
- Webhook endpoints you provide must be secure and able to handle signed callbacks.
- We log uploads for reliability and support; review logs regularly.
8. Service Availability
We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or TikTok platform changes may affect availability.
9. Disclaimers & Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
